If you're having trouble logging into your account, don't worry! This guide will help you troubleshoot and resolve common login issues.
Common Login Problems

Account Locked: If you've tried to log in multiple times unsuccessfully, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Previously on a trial: If you've never paid for your n8n account you most likely were on a free, temporary trial which has now expired. You can request a magic link here to regain access: https://app.n8n.cloud/magic-link. However, please note that all trial accounts older than 90 days have been deleted, along with any workflows created there.
